By-Laws
By-laws were changed at the AGM in Saint John on October 25, 2007. Once they are approved by the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, the revised set will be posted.
By-laws have been revised to conform to the requirements of the Canada Corporations Act and were passed at the AGM in August, 2001.
They were approved by the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs on November 14, and are therefore official.
Major changes include the elimination of separate chapter bylaws, provision for virtual meetings and proxy votes, and an emphasis on an open, democratic organization.
